Loved our comfy family room with tatami area and futons. The sento (public bath) was wonderful: really nice natural rock style bath and lovely washing areas. The sento is well used by guests including kids so definitely family friendly. This hotel has so many extras: free late night ramen service (21:30-23:00), free ice cream after bath, free manga library in the lounge. The staff were really pleasant and helpful and the chef at breakfast was especially nice. What a great stay.

The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. There was a free cake for each adult as a treat in the fridge which was nice. The free ice cream after taking a bath was a nice touch too. The staff were friendly and the hotel was located conveniently from restaurants and a convenience store. The breakfast was just right. Enough options for everyone.

I am staying in this hotel whenever I go to Japan (approx. once per year). * close to Shinkanzen station * onsen in the hotel * close to bigger cities

Love the breakfast! Lots of options (the fried food was delicious!). Close to the train station and across from a Family Mart, really convenient!

Excellent value for money. The on-site onsen and sauna are great for a relaxing stay. Free late night soba!

The hot spring in the hotel was awesome. The room was super clean and cozy, the staff very helpful and friendly.

Great location close to the station. Lots of great food options around. Cute little touches with the free ramen after 930pm.
